July 15, 2023 – DARMSTADT, Germany – Flow International Corporation, the world's leading developer and manufacturer of ultrahigh-pressure waterjet cutting solutions, announces the appointment of Bernhard Solleder to Managing Director of Flow Europe. In this role, Bernhard will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of business in Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.
Bernhard brings an exceptional record of organizational leadership, demonstrated success in both international business and market strategy development, and has extensive experience in commercial contract negotiations and execution.
After completing his university studies in both Germany and the US, he held positions for Deutsche Bank specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to joining Flow, Bernhard was responsible for overseeing the international sales organization for a German manufacturer across 63 countries. He has also successfully executed the restructuring of a portfolio company on behalf of a Private Equity Investor. His tenure as Director of Business Development for a prominent holding company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE aided in the development of his international business experience.
