The Future is Bright: Flow’s Journey Beyond Waterjet
Last year marked our 50th anniversary, reminding us to celebrate how far we’ve come, while looking forward to what our future holds. For those fifty years, we’ve become known as the company that brought abrasive waterjet cutting to the world. This year, we set our sights beyond what we’ve always done best. We focused on building what’s next and expanding what it means to be Flow.
Our goal has always been simple: to provide our customers with the tools to work smarter, more efficiently, and boost production. For 2025, it took on a new meaning. We’re evolving from a waterjet pioneer into a partner for the entire fabrication process. By expanding into new technologies, we’re helping customers cut, form, and finish with the same precision and confidence that has defined Flow since we began. Our newest systems make this possible.

Industry media took notice, too. MTDCNC highlighted how "each solution has been designed with automation compatibility and operator efficiency in mind...”, FFJournal said our expansion is "further demonstrating of the company's commitment to delivering high-performance technology,” while Fifth Wave Manufacturing praised turnout at our FABTECH booth as result of our expanded product line.
Visitors to our booth were able to see the systems in action, speak directly with technology experts, and walk away with sample parts. The hands-on experience, paired with conversations about accuracy, intelligent workflows, and sustainability underscored what this year has been all about: meaningful innovation that solves real challenges.
With our new automated abrasive recycling system, energy-efficient hybrid drives, and predictive software features, we’ve designed products to help reduce waste and operating costs for our customers – all while keeping performance at its peak.
This is all part of our long-term commitment to creating technology that’s not just powerful, it’s responsible.

Year 51 was about evolution. About blending the precision and reliability we’re known for with new ways to cut, bend, and create. As we move into 2026, we’re more focused than ever on helping creators turn their ideas into reality – with smarter systems, integrated workflows, and technology that keeps them ahead of what’s next.
Here’s to another 51 years of shaping the future…together.

- The NX Pro is a next-generation, enclosed waterjet thoughtfully engineered for speed, safety, and sustainability. It features a fully automated abrasive recycling system, helping to reduce waste, lower the cost per part, and simplify operations.
- Our LZR fiber laser uses a dual-drive gantry and fast automatic shuttle tables to handle both thin and thick materials with high accuracy and high speed.
- The HyperBend is a six-axis press brake with a hybrid drive and intelligent controls that make bending complex parts even easier.

New Systems Debut at FABTECH
Our expanded lineup took center stage at FABTECH 2025, where we unveiled all three systems to the fabrication community. For many attendees, it was their first look at how Flow’s technology is evolving – and the response was incredible.Industry media took notice, too. Building Momentum Behind the Scenes
Behind every new system or component that we launch is an incredible team driving us forward. This year’s expansion didn’t stop with products. We focused on growing our teams, investing in technical training and support, while continuing to refine our software platforms to make the user experience top-notch.With our new automated abrasive recycling system, energy-efficient hybrid drives, and predictive software features, we’ve designed products to help reduce waste and operating costs for our customers – all while keeping performance at its peak.

Looking Ahead
As we look toward the future, one thing is clear: our journey of innovation is far from over. Our portfolio expansion marks the beginning of a new chapter: one where we continue to lead in waterjet technology while expanding further into the world of manufacturing.Year 51 was about evolution.
