Designed to be easy to operate and to perform reliably
To that end, the user interface features a simple operating pressure gauge and adjustment, as well as a power on lamp, emergency stop button, hour meter and sensor shut down lamp.
Automatic shutdown sensors monitor low hydraulic oil level, high hydraulic oil temperature, and low inlet water pressure and intensifier over speed. The slow start feature gradually increases hydraulic pressure to the user defined pre-set value, thereby increasing pump life. Thermostatic control of inlet cooling water enhances pump performance and optimizes inlet water usage.
In addition to exceptional performance and high reliability, safety is designed into all Flow products. This unit is designed for safe, reliable, continuous operation in tough industrial cutting applications.
Like all Flow pumps, it is manufactured in a facility which has the ability to follow the strict rules of manufacture and safety dictated in the ASME code Section VIII, Division 3, and is permitted to apply the stamp U3 to items which apply to the code.
Specifically, Flow is "authorized to apply the 'NB' mark and register boilers, pressure vessels, or other pressure retaining items with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors in accordance with its provisions."
