The 20XW line of pumps is our flagship range of non-integrated, intensifier waterjet pumps. This line of pumps has been continuously refined and offers a range of outputs to meet a wide variety of needs.
The 20X family sets the standard for high output, high-pressure for pure waterjet and abrasive waterjet cutting applications. With 50 or 100hp motors and high flow rates, these pumps can power multiple nozzles for industrial cutting and cleaning requirements. Self diagnostics and durable high pressure components make the 20X easy to operate an maintain.

Designed for easy operation and reliable performance
To that end, the user interface features an easy to use pressure gauge, as well as a digital warning display. Automatic shutdown sensors monitor low hydraulic oil level, high hydraulic oil temperature, and low inlet water pressure. Warning sensors monitor low hydraulic level, high hydraulic oil temperature, low inlet water pressure, check valve leakage, and bleed-down leakage.
Shut-down solenoids cut off cooling water and cutting water when the pump is shut down, minimizing water usage. A cooling flow control valve minimizes cooling water usage, and a slow start feature gradually increases hydraulic pressure to the pre-set value. A sound reduction package keeps the noise level whisper quiet-at or below 78 dBA.
In addition to exceptional performance and high reliability, safety is designed into all Flow products. This unit is designed for safe, reliable, continuous operation in tough industrial cutting applications.
Like all Flow pumps, it is manufactured in a facility which has the ability to follow the strict rules of manufacture and safety dictated in the ASME code Section VIII, Division 3, and is permitted to apply the stamp U3 to items which apply to the code.
Specifically, Flow is "authorized to apply the 'NB' mark and register boilers, pressure vessels, or other pressure retaining items with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors in accordance with its provisions."
