You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager who will walk you through facility set-up, system delivery, installation, and training. If your needs change after you have selected a waterjet system, they will modify your order. If you have any questions, your Project Manager is just a phone call away.

Our courses train you on part programming, system maintenance, and application techniques — everything you need to know to obtain the very highest return from your investment.

Our Field Service Engineers are factory trained and some even have N.A.C.E. certifications, and specialize exclusively in Flow waterjets. Also, to ensure your success, customers frequently receive two courtesy visits per year to audit your system and give additional maintenance and applications training.
